Initial Comments:
An offsite follow up survey completed on July 2, 2021, found that Care Plus Home Health Services, Inc had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484.22, Subpart B, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies - Emergency Preparedness. The deficiency was cited as a result of a State re-licensure and Medicare recertification survey conducted on May 14, 2021.
